We are in need of greeters for our Worship and Wonder program. Greeters may be adults or older youth. If you or your child is interested in becoming a greeter please email Jamie Haddock thehaddocks@earthlink.net or call her at 252-721-1968. New greeters will need to "shadow" our current greeters to learn what the greeter's responsibilities are. We would like to start having new greeters shadow as soon as possible.

KEEN-AGERS MEETING: Wednesday, February 15, 10:30 a.m. in Beland Hall.

DISCIPLES MEN & WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIPS: Monday, February 20, 6:30 p.m. in Beland Hall with meal & program provided.

RACE FOR A CURE FOR SURE - February 26th at 2:30 p.m., 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, West Avenue, Ayden.  Cost is $15 per person. Applications may be downloaded from the church's website or you may register at www.runtheeast.com.

BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, February 28, 7:00 p.m. in Beland Hall.

DMF/DWF FISH FRY: Friday, March 2, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the FLC.  $7.00 per plate.

NC CONCEALED CARRY CLASS: Saturday, March 3 at Ayden Christian Church.  Cost is $75 per person with proceeds to Relay for Life.  There is a $25.00 registration fee to guarantee your spot in the class.  Make checks to Pirate Firearms.  For questions or more information, contact Todd Ausbon 252-341-5616. 

REGIONAL ASSEMBLY: The Regional Assembly of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in North Carolina will be held April 27-29, 2012 in Raleigh. If you would be interested in attending the Assembly as a voting delegate for this church, please contact the church office or see Pastor Goff.
